Creative Director

Responsibilities:

• Translate customer briefs and creative direction into exceptional visual executions, combining strong design craft with thoughtful creative problem-solving.
• Lead by example through hands-on design execution, setting the benchmark for creative quality, attention to detail, and visual excellence across projects.
• Review, critique, and refine creative work, offering constructive feedback that elevates the overall quality of deliverables.
• Partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and creative expectations.
• Uphold the visual integrity of customer brands, ensuring every asset is consistent, polished, and aligned with brand standards.
• Stay hands-on with the design and execution of high-impact campaigns, key visuals, and flagship creative assets.
• Champion AI-powered creative workflows, templates, and scalable design systems that improve speed without compromising creative excellence.
• Stay ahead of design trends, advertising, culture, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration into every project.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in a creative, advertising, or production agency, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality campaigns for global brands (especially in the US).
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft across campaign design, digital advertising, brand communications, and creative adaptations.
• Exceptional visual design skills with expertise in typography, composition, color, branding, and digital-first campaign design.
• Proven ability to interpret creative briefs and brand guidelines, translating them into polished, high-impact visual executions.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. Prior experience of work on Rocketium's AI Studio is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, creative exploration, and production workflows.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering pixel-perfect creative work without compromising speed.
• Strong creative judgment with the ability to balance customer expectations, business objectives, and brand consistency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in presenting ideas, discussing feedback, and working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Open to working in the EST shift (12:00 pm to 9:00 pm).
• Strong preference for candidates from creative, advertising, or media agencies.
