Schedule:

Production Associates

Location: Tomball, TX 77377

Temp to Hire 

Day Shift: $15.00/hr 8AM-8PM

Night Shift: $15.75/hr 8PM-8AM

Schedule:  Monday-Saturday (Sunday OFF) 

Location: Training will take place in Cypress, TX. After August, the position will transition to NEW state of the art facility in Tomball, TX (77377)

As a Production Associate in the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly, fabrication, and packaging of products. Your work will directly impact the quality and timeliness of production output, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process. You will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to maintain production schedules and meet company standards. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be essential to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Ultimately, your efforts will support the delivery of high-quality products to customers while optimizing operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA regulations.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand tools and production equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company specifications and quality standards.

Horario: Lunes-Sábado — (Domingo LIBRE)

Capacitación: Se llevará a cabo en Cypress, TX. Después de agosto, el puesto se trasladará a una nueva instalación de última generación en Tomball, TX 77377.

Descripción del Puesto

El Asociado de Producción será responsable de apoyar en el ensamblaje, fabricación, inspección y empaque de productos, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad, seguridad y producción. Trabajará en equipo para cumplir con los objetivos de producción.

Requisitos Mínimos

• Diploma de High School o equivalente.
• Conocimiento básico de procesos de manufactura y operación de maquinaria.
• Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados y realizar tareas repetitivas.
• Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
• Capacidad para seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales.

Requisitos Preferidos

• Experiencia previa en producción o manufactura.
• Conocimiento de normas de seguridad, incluyendo OSHA.
• Habilidad mecánica básica y capacidad para resolver problemas.
• Experiencia utilizando herramientas manuales y equipo de producción.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

Responsabilidades

• Operar y monitorear maquinaria y equipos de producción.
• Ensamblar, inspeccionar y empacar productos de acuerdo con las especificaciones y estándares de calidad.
