This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $33+ per hour , along with a strong benefits package. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor: (including, but not limited to the following)

• Oversee and coordinate all facets of maintenance operations & property upgrades
• Manage and work alongside external vendors and in-house staff 
• Complete work orders, unit turnovers, & property projects as directed by Corporate policies
• Oversee all property expenses, including material ordering, vendor contracts & invoicing
• Maintain unit turnover & renovation schedules 
• Drive a professional, courteous, and service-oriented atmosphere
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate all operations staff
• Create and maintain detailed weekly progress reports and project agendas 
• Serve as liaison with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, and municipal authorities
