Senior market-facing leader with extensive managed services/outsourcing and BPaaS experience to shape and originate large-scale opportunities across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.
The role focuses on executive relationship development, competitive displacement, deal shaping, and pre-RFP positioning rather than delivery execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Build multi-year CIO/COO/CFO relationships, identify opportunities 12 24 months ahead, and shape client requirements before formal RFPs.
Originate and influence large BPaaS/managed services deals, including competitive displacement, commercial models, pricing, SLAs/KPIs, and value propositions.
Partner with account teams and sector leaders to coach teams, strengthen market positioning, and transition qualified opportunities for execution.
