School Business Administrator Full-Time, Tenure Track, Twelve (12) Month Unaffiliated Position School Business Administrator/Board Secretary Start Date: July 1, 2027 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and exceptional Business Administrator to lead the Business Office and manage our 117-million-dollar annual budget. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Administrator with knowledge of budgeting, GAAP accounting, purchasing, bidding, facilities management, transportation, cafeteria operations and the state regulations for each area. Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills with multiple groups and interests are also essential. The Business Administrator also serves as the Board Secretary. Requirements NJ School Business Administrator Certificate, at least 3 years of Experience as a School Business Administrator, and NJ residency. Qualified Purchasing Agent (QPA) is preferred.
