Flint Hills Community Church (Cottonwood Falls, KS) is seeking a Senior Pastor. The church is an evangelical, non-denominational community church located in the scenic Flint Hills of Kansas. The church has a multi-generational congregation of about 100 people and emphasizes children and youth ministries and community outreach.
The church seeks a senior pastor whose faith/values/beliefs align with their statement of faith. The pastor should root his message in God's word using sound doctrine to encourage and shepherd the church body. He should have the ability to connect with the seeker as well as the mature believer and have a desire to connect with the community and reach out to the unchurched.
Compensation is $45,000 - $60,000 dependent upon experience plus use of a 3-BR parsonage (pastor pays for utilities).
