Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 8-Hour Shifts, 8:00–16:30)

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services within an acute care hospital setting
Evaluate and treat patients with communication, swallowing, and related disorders
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records using electronic health record systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
May be reassigned to different departments or units as needed based on staffing requirements and qualifications

Required Qualifications

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Minimum of 1 year of hospital-based experience
Acute care experience required
Teaching hospital experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in a children's hospital setting
Pediatric outpatient experience
Pediatric rehabilitation facility experience
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience
